Return Policy

What's your return and exchange policy?
Our 30-day return policy is extended to a 60-day return window until further notice. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any pieces.

All returns must be:
  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Wekkins will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Wekkins has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Wekkins.com and/or Wekkins stores) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

How much is the return shipping fee?

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

Above are the estimated shipping fee for your reference. You can choose the shipping courier from your local service and the actual shipping fee depends on the local courier. Please note that package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of Australia, Canada, UK, and US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

How do I start the return?

Send us an email at service@wekkins.com requesting your return. Don’t forget to include the following:
  1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)
  2. The address where the jewelry will be shipped from
  3. The email address associated with your Wekkins account so we can apply the credit once processed. 
Note: Original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

For clients from other countries, please email us first and we will reply the return address to your email.
When will I receive my refund?
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 5-10 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return! 
The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.

Kindly note that Canada Post is experiencing ongoing delays and your return package may not make in time for your return cut-off date. But no worries, we’d be happy to accept them as long as the parcel is handed over to carrier before the date.
The courier refused my return shipment, what do I do?
This is likely because they are requesting a commercial invoice. However, our courier's commercial invoices are paperless and/or can be retrieved on their end. This goes for both US and international return shipments. Should you have any trouble with returning your item, feel free to reach out to us at service@wekkins.com. We'll be happy to help!
Non-Refundable Items
1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
2."Design your own" items, the stone color, metal, and chain length, etc. chosen based on your personal preference are non-refundable. Wekkins will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of these items.
3. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable. Wekkins will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of the personalized items.
4. Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable. (Custom sizes are those that charge extra $20). Wekkins will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of the special items.
5. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
6. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
