The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

The products ordered will be delivered to the delivery address you provide. Please ensure that you provide a valid and correct shipping address. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order is placed, nor redirect the parcel unless the order has not yet been dispatched. * Above delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.
For the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout and there are no additional charges upon delivery.
For other international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Wekkins does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Shipping time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
Please be aware that some shipments may be delayed due to decreased courier capacity as a result of Coronavirus.
Duties and Taxes
1. United States and Canada
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
2. United Kingdom
All items shipping to the UK include VAT and duties. There are no additional fees on delivery
3. Australia
Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout and there are no additional charges upon delivery.
4. Other international shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Wekkins does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Foreign Transaction Fee
Wekkins does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Wekkins. As we're based out of Canada, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.
